It seems every single car made a rival to Audi Q3 Sportback 2020. In this Review, I’ll be seeing how the new q3 measures up. The q3 it’s a small upmarket crossover, and this second-generation model raises the bar when it comes to tech, interior design, and comfort.
Its design, while as you’d expect from Audi, it’s not radically different, but the grille has gone up tagging all, and it’s more angular than before with new headlamps that have a sharp design. It’s got a more upright look than. It’s rather Sportback style predecessor, and it looks more in line with the Audi a5 and Audi a8.
Now The new Audi q3 is not for you if you’re after driving excitement; you’ll get more refined the BMW x1. It does hold the road supremely well grips going into corners, and you get very little body roll. It’s just a solid relaxing car to drive.
It’s pretty quiet both in the front and the back, although we are picking up a little bit of wind noise in the inside. In the front one, our more open stretches of road.

While there are some nice design touches like these lovely ankle events at the front, closer examination reveals that the 2020 Audi Q3 Sportback has also fallen foul to the fake vent. They’re purely there just for cosmetic reasons. The color palette is a little bit disappointing – there are only two standard colors, white or orange.
Now I know that all manufacturers charge for extra colors and nice metallics. But you know to have two in the range just seems a bit mean? You know, at least with the car like the evokes, you get five standard colors to choose from before you start to dig deeper into your pockets.
Another thing these have got lovely 19-inch alloys on this one the 18s come as standard with it and they look a bit rubbish, so you’re gonna also want to upgrade those as well. It’s all starting to bump up the price, isn’t it so come on. What do you think would you fancy your q3. And standard orange or white, what do you think? It’s in front of the driver. It’s a digital system we’ve talked about it lots of times before. Bd5ut it’s all operated from here on the steering wheel; you can minimize or maximize the dials. It’s just intuitive and easy to use, and it’s just there when you need it as you’re driving, although it’s worth noting that there’s no head-up display, which warns you about road speeds available even as an option.
While it links up to a standard cloud-connected system that gives you accurate traffic info when you’re on the move, and you can also set up a Wi-Fi hotspot in the car.
It’s a touchscreen system you just swipe through; It’s very easy to use. Although it is a little bit fiddly once you’re on the move. So I found myself using the controls on the steering wheel a lot more.
The voice-activated system works well on this car. It understands what we are saying, which is a bit of a rarity for ours. And one thing that’s a bit weird though is that. Just underneath the climate control, it’s just a little button there on its own that operates the entertainment system.
I mean, apart from that, it generally feels well put together well built. But there are a couple of places that we can find fault with just some of the plastics down and also in the door just feel a bit cheap. It’s not really up to Audi’s prestige flawless build quality.

The back seats, just like the front, are comfortable, and there’s plenty of headroom in the other seats. Things change slightly when we move over to the middle well as Hedren just isn’t as good, I mean. I’m only five foot four, and that’s not fantastic. You’ve got a bulky transmission tunnel down there, which isn’t great for legroom.
One thing I’m not so keen on though it’s the fact that. The seating position is quite a way down, and the windows are quite narrow, so it feels dark in here even with the sunroof open. You also don’t get that lovely raised position. This is an individual of those things that I like about an SUV. You just feel like you could be in a saloon or a hatchback.
What is good though this and four words for added practicality. There’s also pretty good storage too little storage compartments down here on the side. The seats decent-sized door bins and nets on the back of the front seats.
Round at the boot, and if the rear seat is set for maximum legroom, it can trump the Volvo XC 40 and the BMW x1 when it comes to space. Thought the rear seats down entirely in the 2020 Audi Q3 Sportback offers far more than the XC 40.
There are some thoughtful touches, That I like as well, like this very low load lip, which is nicely finished off with a good-quality scuff plate. We also love the way that the parcel shelf can be neatly stored, a clever little idea. Also, these LED spotlights that shine down from the tailgate, making it easy to load and unload at night.
2020 Audi Q3 Sportback Engine
The q3 has more petrol engines than diesel because there’s just one. They’re familiar 2 liter TDI, which is available in a choice of two outputs. The 148 horsepower version is available with the manual or automatic gearbox, while the 187 horsepower version is automatic only.
As with the petrol well out easily badging system certainly takes some getting used to, and I’m not entirely sure that I’m there yet. The 35 TFSI, which is a 148 horsepower 1.5-liter turbo, sits at the bottom of the range.
With the front-wheel-drive in six field manual gearbox and Audi claims that it manages naught to 60 in 9.3 seconds. While the 40 TFSI and the 45 TFSI are 187 and 227 horsepower versions of a 2-liter turbocharged petrol engine. That is used, of course, right across the VW Group range. Now they covered naught to 62 in 7.4 and 6.3 seconds; respectively, both have Quattro four-wheel drive. The S Tronic automatic gearbox fitted as standard.
Now, this is the faster of those two engines, but to be honest for the kind of driving that most of us do every day, the 187 horsepower version is plenty quick enough. This faster engine doesn’t feel that quick anyway.

Now we need to talk about the price, Because of this version of the q3 the 45 TFSI Quattro with the larger power below, as we said in the new Audi s line trim, cost thirty-seven thousand six hundred and seventy pounds.
The time you get there on the road delivered to the home with it’s at the half tank of fuel. And some extras like the metallic paint these lovely sports seats our matrix lights the sunroof. The kind of nice it is that you do want it bumped the price up to forty-seven thousand five hundred and fifty-five pounds.
We know it’s posh and it’s premium, But I just can’t quite get my head around that figure. It seems too much for what is, after all, a relatively small, not that exciting family crossover.
